'tis better to have tools you don't need than to need tools you don't have

Welcome to WorkshopAholic.net! This new site is a combination of multiple other sites I used to have for various aspects of my workshop. I originally started with TheWoodNerd.com, the best-know of those sites that was dedicated to woodworking. However, as my interests expanded, I found myself starting other sites dedicated to milling, welding, and many other aspects that all centered around my workshop. I realized that I spend a lot of time and energy (and money) on my workshop and the stuff I do there. Thus WorkshopAholic was born, a one-stop spot for all my interests.

I plan to cover all the stuff in my life that centers around my workshop. So we'll be looking at all sorts of things, from mundane stuff like mower maintenance to exotic things like computer-controlled milling machines. Welcome to my world ...
